Cooking Class: Terrific Truffles

You’ll make an eclectic assortment of divine truffles in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Stacey. She’ll teach you how to combine red wine, dark chocolate and heavy cream to create flavor-exploding, decadent deliciousness in every bite. You’ll discover how to use assorted coatings to bring out unique flavors in both red wine truffles and Brazilian truffles. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

I’ve been trying to make macaroons from youtube but my shells never turned out right. Chef Stacey is a great teacher, fun and super descriptive with her instructions. I learned so much and I would definitely recommend her class.
