Cooking Class: Nourishing Intuitive Eating

Learn the principles of intuitive eating in this cooking class with Chef Jenn. You'll prepare three recipes that nourish your body through fresh vegetables, warming broths and fresh fruit. First you'll learn to make spring rolls with carrots, mango, ginger and more. Then you'll make a warming ramen bowl with dashi broth, spicy kimchi and hearty mushrooms. To end class on a sweet and healthy note, Chef Jenn will teach you to make lychee mint sorbet for dessert.

Chef Jenn is AWESOME! She is extremely knowledgeable and fun. She moves around the kitchen with such finesse and is an awesome guide. She is full of energy and great recipes!
