Cooking Class: Classic French Cuisine and Techniques

Chef Christopher leads this hands-on French-inspired cooking class with skill-building techniques that will impress everybody at your next dinner party. 

While enjoying an amuse bouche prepared by the chef, you'll learn how to make a poached pear and endive salad with Stilton blue cheese and toasted pecans. Next is a tarte flambé with Gruyére cheese, apples and prosciutto. Your entrée is a choice of potato-encrusted Alaskan halibut or flat-iron steak with herbs and French carrots. Enjoy crêpes with caramelized apples, maple-candied bacon and Vermont crème fraîche for a sweet ending.

Our experience with Chef Christopher was such a delight! His friendly personality and fun sense of humor made us feel very welcome and relaxed in his home. We learned a great deal about the dishes that we were making and the ingredients that went into them. He provided so much food! We were stuffed at the end of the night and excited to have leftovers to take home to enjoy the next day. I would definitely recommend a class with Christopher for a fun date night or an evening out with friends.
