Team Building Activity: Three-Course Italian Menu

Chef Federico brings years of experience and culinary skill to the table in this team building activity. You and your group will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian dinner using fresh ingredients and teamworking skills. First, you'll learn how to make eggplant pizzette with tomatoes and mozzarella. Your entrée is delicate rounds of orecchiette pasta with homemade marinara sauce. For dessert, enjoy a light strawberry mousse with whipping cream and yogurt.
