Mixologist Brett's online mixology classes teach you how to prepare and mix three summer-inspired cocktails in a fun and interactive setting. Start with mixing coconut rum, lime, berry soda and blue Curaçao to create a Caribbean eclipse. Next, you'll stir agave, lemon, aquafaba and gin into a strawberry and watermelon gin fizz. Finally, combine reposado tequila, triple sec and lime juice into a black grape and serrano margarita. Any of these cocktails will make you the hit of the next backyard cook-out.
