Online Mixology Class: Boozy Brunch Cocktails
Online mixology classes with Mixologist Brett will give you the skills needed to create four brunch cocktails. Start with a bedrock martini mixed with vanilla vodka and fruity cereal-infused cream. For a morning jolt, a golden cappu-tini with espresso vodka, galliano herbal liqueur and aquafaba egg substitute does the trick. Next is a sunrise spritz with prosecco, aperol, elderflower liqueur and soda water. Finally, the classic mimosa takes a frosty twist with orange sherbet, prosecco and pineapple juice.
