Join Chef Stacy for an interactive online cooking class featuring authentic vegan Thai dishes!


In this virtual cooking class, you'll learn how to balance sweet, sour and savory flavors to prepare a vegan and gluten-free pad thai with tofu, shallots and peanuts. Next, you'll assemble vegetable spring rolls filled with sweet chili sauce, avocado, carrots, Thai basil and cucumber. A sweet chili peanut dipping sauce made with peanut butter and soy sauce serves as an accompaniment.
