Join Chefs Vivian and Michi in this three-week online cooking class series as you learn how to master the art of sushi.
Starting with week one, you'll use your sushi rolling skills to create a classic California roll and edamame. During week two, you'll create an artistic and trendy poke bowl, and a spicy crab paradise roll paired with miso soup. For the final week, your virtual cooking class series ends with a fresh nigiri roll with a side spring mix salad.
MENU
Week One:
California roll with cucumber, avocado and crab sticks
Edamame with sea salt
Sushi rice
Week Two:
Poke bowl with cucumber, avocado, carrots and crab sticks
Spicy crab paradise roll with sesame seeds
Miso soup with tofu and scallions
Spicy mayonnaise
Cucumber roll
Week Three:
Nigiri with yellowfin tuna, shrimp and crab sticks
Pan-seared pork gyoza with ginger and scallions
Spring mix salad with miso dressing
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

They don’t call it “sushi making secrets” for nothing. We learned sooo much and the sushi and desert was really good. The chefs were really nice and personable. They definitely put in the 10,000 hours to know what they’re talking about. My mom said it was her best birthday ever!!!!
