Excellent class. Excellent Chef. Excellent food. Davide was very helpful and made sure everyone was getting the result they were suppose to before moving on to the next steps of the recipe. He explained things well and gave helpful tips along the way. Would highly recommend taking a class with Davide. Would not hesitate to sign up with a class with Davide again ourselves.

We enjoyed the class a lot! Chef Davide was great! I think the sauce could be better, seemed weird to be making our own noodles and then using canned tomatoes for the sauce. But overall it was an awesome experience, a great birthday gift for a friend!

Chef Davide’s homemade Italian meal was fantastic! He was a very good teacher. He didn’t make it too complicated, so anyone could do it. Besides that, the dishes we made were delicious! I would definitely recommend chef davide.

Chef Davide was very friendly and a good teacher! We were a little bit confused about the recipes since things were slightly different than expected from the pre-class materials. (The veggies were not part of the meal and we made two flavors of gelato rather than one - which was not a bad thing!) Apart from that, we really enjoyed the class and had a wonderful meal because of it!

This class was super fun! I did it together with my 18 year old son and we both were excited to learn how to make pasta from scratch. Chef Davide was able to provide very clear instructions, check our work and walk us through everything step by step. I didn't understand before the class got started that the recipe was just for one person, so I wasn't completely prepared to double the recipe so that we'd have enough for both of us. Chef Davide was also great about answering questions along the way. But it worked out well and the food was delicious. Thank you to Chef Davide for his patience!

Chef Davide was great! Super helpful. He guided us through the recipes. The pasta and sauces were delicious. The ravioli was great, but next time I'll use half the amount of lemon zest. My 12 yo daughter had a great time cooking with me. I would recommend Class Pop and Chef Davide.

We had a fantastic time as a family making homemade fettuccini and ravioli! Chef Davide was very clear in the instructions and moved at a pace which was easy for us to follow. Chef Davide was an amazing teacher. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time learning how to make pasta by hand. We did it again the next night to make sure we could replicate it, and we did! I would highly recommend. We did a virtual class and he did a great job even though we were in our own kitchen~!
