Online Cooking Class: Citrus and Chocolate Gourmet Desserts

This fun online cooking class takes you on a gourmet path to dessert decadence!

In this live virtual cooking class, Chef Craig will share his tips and techniques for preparing a light yet rich chocolate mousse made with bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, heavy cream and vanilla or liquor. You'll also prepare delicate orange lace cookies using oats, eggs and other fresh ingredients. Whether it's the holidays, a birthday or another special event, these desserts are bound to impress.
