Online Cooking Class: Fresh Ravioli From Scratch

In this virtual cooking class, you’ll learn to create fresh ravioli while bonding with your children and helping them learn a new skill. You can look forward to creating an egg-based pasta dough — no pasta machine necessary — and handcrafting a three-cheese ravioli featuring pecorino, ricotta and Parmigiano, plus a spinach and ricotta ravioli with the intriguing flavor of nutmeg added to the mix. And there are no special tools required — just a knife, a rolling pin and a mixing bowl!

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class with Chef Chris. We learned so much about the chemistry of cooling and how easy it really is to make incredibly tasty food from whole ingredients. Looking forward to making meals for our family in the upcoming holiday season- especially some homemade gelato/“ice cream”!
