Cooking Class: Knife Skills 101

Follow along as Chef Yapo teaches you knife skills that will elevate your culinary confidence to the next level. 


Learn how to feel more confident and steady-handed in the kitchen with this valuable knife skills class. Chef Yapo will walk you through the fundamentals of knife work, including how to slice, brunoise, batonnet and julienne lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and scallions. Then, you'll build a chicken or vegetable burrito and crudité with sauces.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
