The sushi menu includes a variety of types: spicy tuna rolls with seaweed avocado, California rolls with crab and cucumber, and Alaskan rolls with smoked salmon and surimi. Matcha ice cream with milk, heavy cream and sugar ends this umami-rich meal on a sweet note.

Chef Stefano was amazing! Was a great activity - where you’re learning to make homemade pasta and creating authentic recipes in a relaxed and totally enjoyable atmosphere! Highly recommend for family, friends and couples.

Chef Ivan began attending culinary school at the tender age of 14. His adventures in the world of food preparation took him through Europe and eventually brought him to New York, where he manages a catering company and volunteers teaching children's cooking classes. With a focus on sushi, Italian and French cuisines, Chef Ivan is always excited to share novel kitchen techniques with his guests and students.
