Discover Chef Francesca's secrets to making Italian pasta dinners simple and easy for all. 

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Francesca will guide you through making several handmade pastas using professional culinary styles and drying techniques. You'll also get to choose two decadent and aromatic sauces to compliment your pasta dishes from a long list of choices, including fresh tomato sauce, porcini mushroom, Sardinian sausage, beef ragù Bolognese, creamy smoked salmon, walnuts arrabbiata, carbonara with pancetta and amatriciana sauce with bacon.

San Marzano tomato sauce with basil and salted ricotta

Porcini mushroom sauce with truffle oil and Parmiggiano-Reggiano on top 

Sardinian sausage sauce with anise, saffron and pecorino cheese on top 

Beef ragù Bolognese sauce

Creamy smoked salmon sauce with peas

Broccoli pesto and walnuts

Arrabbiata sauce (spicy)

Carbonara sauce with pancetta and Parmesan cheese

Basil pesto Genovese with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese

Amatriciana sauce with bacon and pecorino cheese

Francesca was an absolute delight to learn from and spend the afternoon with. We made lasagna and risotto, which were both delicious, and left absolutely stuffed. I would highly recommend taking a class with Francesca.
