In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Francesca will guide you through making several handmade pastas using professional culinary styles and drying techniques. You'll also get to choose two decadent and aromatic sauces to compliment your pasta dishes from a long list of choices, including fresh tomato sauce, porcini mushroom, Sardinian sausage, beef ragù Bolognese, creamy smoked salmon, walnuts arrabbiata, carbonara with pancetta and amatriciana sauce with bacon.
