Chef Iain leads you through a collection of homemade dishes with a focus on health in this hands-on cooking class. Learn how to adapted these recipes to accommodate a variety of moods and eating plans. 


Start with a robust carrot and ginger soup with a coconut milk base before advancing to a rolled chicken breast filled with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. And for dessert, create an order of soft crepes spread with Nutella and oranges — a sweet, healthy option to close out a meal that can’t help but elevate your attitude!
