You’ll learn the magic of creating a blistery hand-thrown crust before choosing an array of zesty, savory toppings for an array of authentic pizza combinations, such as margherita, marinara, arugula with cherry tomatoes and pizza Parmigiana.

Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
