Chef Luana is one of the few professional female wood-fire "pizzaiolas" (pizza makers) in Italy. In this special hands-on cooking class, she shares her unparalleled mastery to help you make people-pleasing pizza selections every time. 


You’ll learn the magic of creating a blistery hand-thrown crust before choosing an array of zesty, savory toppings for an array of authentic pizza combinations, such as margherita, marinara, arugula with cherry tomatoes and pizza Parmigiana.

First time with Chef Luana and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest spot. The risotto is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The chef was very attentive and the apricot crostata was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. She made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
