Learn to prepare Chinese dishes that replicate your most beloved take-out choices using fresh, flavorful ingredients in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris. Once you know how it's done, you might never use that menu on your refrigerator again!
You'll create a pork and shrimp spring roll served with sweet chili sauce, and a Chinese rice hot pot with egg and sausage. Then, sizzle up a stir fry using the freshest seasonal vegetables and topped with a glossy vegetable glaze. A fun dessert of Chinese almond cookies awaits you at the end of your lesson.

Chef Chris did an amazing job. The class was well planned. He talked us through each step as well as providing details on ingredients and what their purpose is in the recipes.

Great class and Chris is a great instructor! The leftovers I took home were reheated great and tasted as good as the day we made it. I look forward to our next Vegas trip and dropping by for another class.

From dishwashing to management and hospitality, Chef Chris has extensive experience in all areas of a professional kitchen. He has an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. He began his professional career working under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in Miami. During this time, Chef Chris gained the finesse and expertise to take command as a true culinary leader.
