Cooking Class: Chinese Take-Out Favorites

Chef Chris shows you how to create fresh versions of your favorite Chinese take-out selections.

 

Learn to prepare Chinese dishes that replicate your most beloved take-out choices using fresh, flavorful ingredients in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris. Once you know how it's done, you might never use that menu on your refrigerator again! 

 

You'll create a pork and shrimp spring roll served with sweet chili sauce, and a Chinese rice hot pot with egg and sausage. Then, sizzle up a stir fry using the freshest seasonal vegetables and topped with a glossy vegetable glaze. A fun dessert of crisp homemade fortune cookies awaits you at the end of your lesson.
