She'll enlighten you to techniques and recipes that make it easy to recreate the magic in your own kitchen! Your course includes a lesson in fresh ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, as well as a fresh gazpacho flavored with basil and tangy tomatoes.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Our afternoon learning how to mix and pipe our own Pâte à Choux with an experienced teacher in Chef Stephanie was nothing short of amazing. Chef's Stephanie's intimate setting and encouragement was the perfect complement to my girlfriend's amusement over my awful piping bag technique. She also took the time to explain how and why her technique is translatable to industry standards and practices. Chef took the time to show us how to correct our (many) mistakes and highlights the artisanal details necessary to perfect our dish. We are already looking forward to our next class, hopefully one which includes fruity tarts! Thank you Chef Stephanie!

She focuses on kitchen fundamentals that emphasize technique as well as fostering confidence and creativity by exploring an array of ingredients and flavors that are both traditional and exotic. Chef Stephanie’s classes promise to be fun, exciting and memorable for her students.
