You'll begin by preparing sticky and hearty beef gyoza dumplings full of cabbage, scallions and ginger, and a classic Japanese potato salad with refreshing cucumbers and dill. Then, you'll delicately prepare and plate a seasoned shio salmon with leafy bok choy and asparagus. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a traditional daifuku rice cake with red bean dessert.
It was fun and amazing food. They were both very helpful and informative. The food was delicious.

Such an incredible experience! Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were so humble and made us feel so welcomed. Their professionalism and expertise exceeded our expectations. Not only did we learn a new recipe but they taught us so many great cooking tips we will use in our future cooking ventures. Both chefs guided us patiently throughout the whole class and made sure we were comfortable. We are definitely coming back for another class!

Check Vivian and Chef Michi were wonderful and great teachers. They were professional and personable. We had so much fun making Sushi. Our pup, Shug, especially loved Chef Vivian since she gave her little treats. I can't wait to book another class.

Chefs Vivian and Michi were delightful hosts/instructors! We booked them for a small corporate team building event (10ish people). They were fun, engaging, patient and knowledgeable.... our group had a fantastic time. Highly recommended! PS, the drinks and food were delicious!

It was a fun selection of food items. Sadly, the ingredients were not all listed nor some of the amounts. During the class, there were items that were not mentioned in the directions. I had hoped to hear more from Michi's experience with the food in Japan- he did not have much time to talk. Finally, we seemed to end class about 20 minutes early and a slower pace may have been helpful.

Chef Vivian brought so much freshness in her dishes. She used same day vegetables and made everything from scratch. I had so much fun learning and I hope to do it again shortly.
