Cooking Class: The Art of Japanese Bento
Perfection is key in this hands-on cooking class as Chefs Vivian and Michi teach you how to carefully craft Japanese bento boxes.
You'll begin by preparing sticky and hearty beef gyoza dumplings full of cabbage, scallions and ginger, and a classic Japanese potato salad with refreshing cucumbers and dill. Then, you'll delicately prepare and plate a seasoned shio salmon with leafy bok choy and asparagus. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a traditional daifuku rice cake with red bean dessert.

Chef Vivian brought so much freshness in her dishes. She used same day vegetables and made everything from scratch. I had so much fun learning and I hope to do it again shortly.
