Join Chefs Vivian and Michi in this hands-on cooking class as you master the fundamental skills to prepare a variety of sushi rolls and authentic Japanese dishes. First, you'll prepare a classic miso soup. Then, you'll use your skills to create two delicate sushi rolls; an authentic Temaki hand roll, and a velvety Alaskan roll with smoked salmon, cream cheese and scallions. A Japanese double-baked sweet potato
will be served for dessert.
