Cooking Class: Cooking on the Italian Riviera

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored recipes hailing from the Italian Riviera. 


Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this hands-on class include a stuffed mushroom appetizer, handmade spaghetti tossed with a traditional Ligurian walnut sauce, and soft and light Italian doughnuts known as bombolini, which are rolled in sugar and filled with smooth vanilla Italian pastry cream for dessert.
