Cooking Class: The Art of Pizza Night

You'll learn how to roll and spin handmade dough and how to pick and choose the perfect ingredients. First, you'll dive into a classic Margherita pizza topped with fresh mozzarella and basil. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a unique and sweet fig and prosciutto pizza with goat cheese and arugula. For your final pizza, you'll create a hearty and filling deep-dish Chicago-style pizza; a favorite among locals.

We had a great night with Chef Rose. We learned a lot of new techniques in a comfortable setting, and best of all, finished the night we 3 wonderful gnocchi dishes! Highly recommend.
