Cooking Class: Texas Steakhouse Dinner
Prepare a classic steak dinner with all the trimmings in this in-person cooking class from Chef Lula. She'll show you how to create her inventive versions of steakhouse favorites to enjoy at your own home table. You'll toss together a zesty mojito shrimp wedge salad with hickory-smoked bacon before sizzling up a cast iron steak flavored with thyme and chives. Then, bake a loaded potato topped with garlic butter and sour cream and grilled asparagus to serve on the side. And for dessert, you'll whip up a classic Bourbon Street peach cobbler.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Lula she was gracious accommodating and just a lot of fun. The food was amazing and we all enjoyed taking part in the preparation. We hope that she will come visit us again in the future!

Chef Lula created an amazing atmosphere for us with music and story telling. We had a fun time learning new techniques in cooking, while being guided on a delicious 5 course meal. The Sweet Mash Potato Pie was my personal favorite dish and would definitely add that to the dinner list. I would totally recommend Chef Lula for any of her dishes for her charming personality and great taste in music choices.
