Cooking Class: Succulent Seafood Dinner

Take a culinary trip to the seacoast as you learn how to prepare a four-course seafood dinner in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris. To start, Chef Chris will show you how to prepare a colorful tuna poke nacho appetizer using fresh ingredients, including watermelon radish, wonton and a soy-ginger glaze. Next, you'll whip up a zingy batch of coconut broth filled with fresh mussels, as well as bacon-wrapped shrimp stuffed with cream cheese. Lastly, you'll end the class with a sweet raspberry gelato dessert.

Not the best space to hold the class. Bar was very loud. Didn't start on time either.

A good experience, we did not have avocado and the rice ran out so the last roll you had to share with your partner. This could have been due to the fact that proof of pay to be in the class did not happen… seemed as if some people weren’t supposed to be there. Overall, needed to be more prepared considering what people pay to do this class.
