Your lesson includes sautéed kale with onions and bell peppers and Jamaican jerk chicken served with Caribbean yellow rice and spiced peas. Then, you'll whip up a tropical fruit cobbler topped with coconut whipped cream, a perfect island dessert.
Chef Lula created an amazing atmosphere for us with music and story telling. We had a fun time learning new techniques in cooking, while being guided on a delicious 5 course meal. The Sweet Mash Potato Pie was my personal favorite dish and would definitely add that to the dinner list. I would totally recommend Chef Lula for any of her dishes for her charming personality and great taste in music choices.
