Cooking Class: A Crash Course in Crudo

Chef Sharon is eager to introduce you to the fresh flavors of crudo  or raw Italian dining  in this unique cooking class experience. Your lesson will focus on seafood in various preparations. You'll learn to create traditional ceviche prepared with white fish and tangy citrus juices, shrimp agua chile with zesty lime and jalapeño, salmon with passion fruit and spicy tuna with vegetables. For dessert, you'll create a fresh yuzu and rose pie with custard cream.

Traditional White Fish Ceviche 

With citrus, onion, cilantro, leche de tigre, sweet potato and hominy


Shrimp Agua Chile 

With lime, cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, cucumber and orange


Salmon Tiradito 

With passion fruit, pistachios, lemon jelly, radish, cilantro and flowers


Spicy Tuna

With soy sauce, limes, cilantro, cucumber, avocado and Thai chilis


Yuzu and Rose Pie 

 With custard cream, edible flowers, caramel candy and vanilla cookie crust

What an excellent experience and exceeded our expectations. Most of the time the chef just prepares it for you but there's nothing like Hands-On, so much more fun.

We had a fantastic time and experience with Chef Sharon. The meal was fun to cook, easy for beginners with room for a challenge. The food was delicious and Sharon was so nice and helpful. She was conscientious of Covid safety measures and we felt comfortable throughout the experience. I highly recommend booking with her and I will likely do so again for our next special occasion.

I gave my fiance this cooking class as a Valentine's gift and I am glad I did. We had a fantastic time! Chef Sharon was incredibly nice and informative, and the kitchen had great views of the city's skyline. The meal was very good and we did not leave hungry. I would highly recommend cooking with Chef Sharon..

Sharon was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Getting to know her was great and the space was beautiful with an amazing view of downtown. Sourcing the ingredients locally and seasonally was a bonus and the food turned out fantastic. All in all a very warm and memorable experience. Looking forward to booking with her again!
