Asian-style dumplings take center table in this cooking class from Chef Timothy. He'll help you master the art of creating your own authentic potstickers and gyoza for a gourmet home dining experience.
With his expert guidance, you'll learn to prepare sumptuous fillings using pork and chicken, plus a variety of fresh garden vegetables and classic flavorings. Then, you'll wrap them all up to create tender dumplings delicious enough to rival your favorite Asian restaurant.

There were lots of people at the class, but Chef Timothy was able to give good instructions and help everyone as needed. He also gave some very helpful tips and techniques! Also, he was very kind and personable, and my friends and I had lots of fun in this class! The food tasted great as well!

Chef Timothy is living his childhood dream as a personal chef and culinary instructor in Nashville. With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels. He loves to cook international cuisine as well as classic southern fare, and his goal is to bring the life-giving joy of wonderful food to every guest.
