During the class, enjoy a charcuterie board with fresh meats, cheeses and fruits as you bake your loaves of bread. Begin by mixing homemade ciabatta bread with a crispy crust and fluffy interior. Then, prepare a delicate gâteau Breton filled with sweetened strawberry jam. End by crafting a tender raspberry lavender clafoutis infused with lemon zest.
