Learn to create sushi rice like the professionals make and use it to fill authentic California rolls. These delicacies are filled with cool cucumber, creamy avocado and sweet surimi. You'll also prepare vegetable rolls with a cream cheese spread for a non-seafood version vegetarians will love. 


This class includes one FREE pint of beer to make your sushi session into a complete meal!
