Make your next pizza night fresher than ever with this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Dave. With Chef Dave as your expert guide, you'll learn everything you need to know to create restaurant-worthy pizzas all on your own!

Get things started by rolling up your sleeves to create, knead and shape the perfect pizza dough. Then, choose from a mouthwatering selection of topping options including spicy buffalo chicken, savory vegetables or hearty cheeseburger toppings. Cook your pie like a pro and enjoy a chef-approved pizza in the end!

**Cauliflower crust option also available with advance notice to the chef**

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Positives: Class was fun. Met some new friends. Mastery’s beer is good as always. Learned how to work pizza dough. Negatives: Dave was much overwhelmed, not very prepared, aside from working pizza dough, we learned little else. It seemed like this was his first time doing this and he didn’t know what to expect. Maybe next time book less people, make sure your equipment works well (his two portable pizza ovens didn’t seem to get hot enough to cook the pizzas), maybe have recipe handouts or change the class to learning to work pizza dough only.
