Cooking Class: Mastering Sushi Favorites

Master the art of sushi-rolling in this beginner-friendly cooking class led by Chef Krong. If you've always wanted to learn how to make sushi at home, this class will take you there.


You'll start by learning how to prepare perfectly-textured sushi rice and how to expertly slice ingredients like fresh fish and vegetables for sushi-making. Then, put together a classic California roll with crab sticks, avocado and cucumber before rolling up a cream cheese and vegetable roll. Enjoy your chef-approved sushi and take your new skills home with you!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Krong was great! I feel fully prepared to make sushi at home (although now I know I'll need to shop at a few different places to get the RIGHT ingredients). I'm now very interested in her pad thai class.
