Chef Ridic was awesome! He was kind, easy to talk to, and open to feedback. He taught us the basics of how to prepare each course and then let us do the rest ourselves with some help from him. It was great having a cooking class come to us. I’d definitely use Class Pop and Chef Ridic again.
