Start off with a simple yet timeless classic: focaccia bread. This doughy, comforting bread will be infused with the mouthwatering flavors of garlic, rosemary and truffle olive oil. Next, roll up your sleeves to craft fresh pizza dough for an array of homemade pizzas including a barbecue chicken pizza and a prosciutto and parmesan pizza. End this class by mastering making perfectly flaky pie dough for a gourmet apple pie topped with heavenly crème anglaise.
