Your culinary adventure begins with homemade tortillas crafted from fresh corn flour in the truest traditional process. Then, it's onto the fabulous fillings: tender shrimp sizzling with a mojito-lime tang topped with mango, cilantro, black beans and tomato. The combination of flavors and textures is a taco lover's dream come true, perfect for a simple yet delicious dinner or a lunch with your favorite folks!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

This was my 1st time taking this class but will NOT be my last. My husband and I enjoyed the class overall, Chef Adrian gave easy to follow instructions, worked with everyone's pace, and we never felt rushed and even with modified a few ingredients he gave us some pointers on how to still have a great dish. The rain did not hinder our travel and this class did not fail to indulge ALL of our senses. Thank you!

The class was in a chill environment. Chef Adrian was organized, prompt, and gave great instructions for a wonderful hands on experience with my partner. The food was delicious.

With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, it's safe to say that Chef Adrian is an expert. A kitchen guru, he's served as a line cook, manager, culinary consultant and executive chef at plenty of bars, restaurants, and catering halls. He's even owned his own catering company and has enjoyed sharing his culinary passion with countless students as a chef instructor. With expertise in menu planning, nutrition, special diets and all things food, Chef Adrian is bound to teach valuable lessons and inspire all of his students.
