To start, Chef Linda will teach you how to make golden ricotta fritters served with a parsley and cilantro-infused cream sauce. You'll also whip up a heavenly compound herb butter to enhance a pan-roasted chicken dish served alongside a phenomenal side dish of herb-roasted cherry tomatoes on grilled rustic bread. Enjoy the fusion of lemon, crisp fennel and fresh basil. You can even use your garden herbs for dessert! Create heavenly lemon-thyme mini cakes for the perfect ending to this wholesome summer meal.

Chef Linda brings a long and varied list of experiences to the table, from teaching to penning a book on food history. She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets. Chef Linda brings great flavors, accessible techniques and interesting stories together for delightful culinary experiences.
