The class was very informal and contained a lot of information. Chef Sarah did an excellent job providing back stories and the what and why behind what we were doing. We learned how to make pasta from scratch and pitfalls to avoid. I would definitely take another class from Chef Sarah.

She's used her stellar interpersonal skills as a cooking instructor and in various other roles in the culinary industry, helping guests glean insight about their eats, make ingredient choices, and learn to cook wholesome meals all on their own!
