Next up, make a five-star restaurant-worthy dish of perfectly seared scallops over a creamy corn purée and a mouthwatering blood orange and bourbon-glazed salmon for your entrée. For dessert, you'll learn a simple yet decadent recipe for a raspberry cheesecake to end things on a romantic note.

Chef T was great! Not only was she extremely patient and supportive (we are not very good chefs), but she did a great job teaching. He had a great time with her and would love to do this afin with her as our chef!

Chef Tee was great! We really had a blast doing her Surf n’ Turf cooking class. She was knowledgeable and fun! 10/10 recommend.
