Cooking Class: Master Sushi-Making in a Day

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Kevin will teach you the ancient Japanese art of rolling sushi! You’ll practice staple culinary techniques like knife skills and learn an expert's tips and techniques for rolling artful sushi rolls. 


In this fun class, Chef Kevin will walk you through rolling, plating and garnishing two of the most popular sushi rolls: the California roll and a spicy tuna roll. You'll get to learn about working with fresh fish and how to slice and arrange ingredients within the roll itself. After this class, you'll be armed with top-notch skills so you can prepare homemade sushi to impress your friends and family at your next dinner party!

  

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the brewery to enjoy during the class.
