Cooking Class: Serve Seafood Ceviche Three Ways

Jump on the ceviche bandwagon with this fun cooking class led by Chef Sharon. She'll teach you authentic techniques mixed with a few modern twists to spice up your idea of ceviche. You'll leave this class with three refreshing ceviche recipes perfect for parties or dinner at home.

You'll start by making a traditional ceviche using succulent white fish, fresh limes, chilis and sweet potatoes. Next up is an intriguing, zesty octopus ceviche prepared with serrano peppers and red onions. A Peruvian-inspired mixto ceviche with fish and shrimp is next. For dessert, you'll learn how to fry homemade tostones using fresh plantains.

Great experience, definitely recommended if you have little to no experience cooking, or skills in cooking, Chef Sharon works with each of the people to get the most out of the experience as possible. 100% recommend, and if I'm looking for something like this again will most likely book this Chef again.

The class was only one hour long when it said two. She already had the food precooked and just heated it up. She only showed us how to make the crepas with the flour and said she was going to send us the recipe to the food and I never received mine. Very disappointed
