Join Chef Meg in this cooking class featuring healthy and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine using the the spices and organic ingredients of Israel, Persia and Lebanon. You'll start with an eggplant dip with olive oil, garlic and red pepper. Next is a chopped Persian salad with a colorful collection of fresh vegetables. Your entrée is spiced ground lamb with herb fritters, green tahini, cinnamon and sumac. Dessert is a treat of Lebanese rice pudding with cardamom, vanilla and apricots.
