This fun and interactive cooking class features the flavors of authentic Thai cuisine. Chef Meg is ready to teach you how to prepare a four-course menu using fresh produce, spices and other ingredients. Start with a Thai chopped salad filled with cabbage, cilantro and cashews. Next is pan-fried rice noodles with chilis, baby kale and garlic. Your entrée is a savory roasted chicken with scallions, soy, ginger and lime. Dessert is a creamy mango rice pudding with toasted coconut.
