You'll learn how to cook several classic southern dishes using authentic techniques and fresh ingredients with the help of Chef Ryan. First, make homemade breadcrumbs to coat green tomatoes for frying. Then learn how to use a fryer to prepare juicy, crunchy fried chicken that's full of flavor. On the side, enjoy fresh biscuits and sweet corn on the cob. Dessert is a southern classic: sweet potato pie seasoned with fragrant warm spices.
