As you cook, you'll learn new knife skills as well as techniques for handling dough and cooking fluffy rice. Begin class by preparing the rice and naan bread, which accompany the main dishes. Then, create baba ghanoush with fragrant garlic and a savory, ginger-infused chicken curry made with creamy coconut milk. Learn how to make jalebi, a popular fried Indian treat, for dessert.
