Start off with the most authentic of all Greek salads: the horiatiki, made with freshly diced tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, feta and olives followed by creamy tzatziki sauce and pita chips. For the main course, Chef Maria will teach you how to make hearty Greek lasagna, made with savory eggplant and authentic Béchamel sauce. Finish the meal with amygdalota, traditional sweet almond cookies.
