Join Chef Ashley for a hands-on cooking class to learn the secrets of this beloved cuisine. She'll share expert knowledge on traditional Italian cooking, plus some creative tips for how to put a twist on classic dishes. To kick things off, you'll begin with a Roman-inspired bruschetta appetizer, made from crusty crostini, creamy herb ricotta and juicy cherry tomatoes in a balsamic reduction. Then, she'll teach you how to make handmade fettuccine topped with an innovative and nutrient-dense broccoli purée served alongside grilled chicken and roasted cauliflower. Finally, you'll end class on a sweet note with a cherry apple crostata for dessert.
