Explore textures and aromas while learning to balance flavors and spices as you prepare this adaptable, Italian-inspired menu with recipes perfect for lunch, dinner or snacking. A hearty massaged kale and chickpea salad kicks off the meal, followed by a palate-cleansing melon basil salad. The main course is a slow-cooked tomato basil sauce with crispy eggplant Parmesan on a soft hero roll. For dessert, enjoy a sweet and refreshing strawberry sorbet.
