Cooking Class: Italian Pasta Dinner

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rachel, you'll prepare a four-course Italian pasta dinner and learn how to create fresh and authentic pasta from scratch. The class will begin with an engaging lesson on how to create a creamy and crispy spinach artichoke crostini appetizer. Then, you'll whip up a light and tangy Caesar salad topped with homemade croutons before moving on to the pasta-making portion of the class. Chef Rachel will teach you all the tips and tricks to making fresh pappardelle pasta from scratch. After you've finished handcrafting your noodles, you'll then prepare an authentic Bolognese sauce loaded with beef, tomatoes and pork, which you'll enjoy heaped atop your pasta. Lastly, your fine Italian dinner will end with a delicious crème brûlée for dessert.

The most valuable thing I learned was to taste as you go making sure that the flavor is adjusted to my liking rather then trying to fix it at the end. I am taking away from this session is eating fresh doesn’t have to be complex or time consuming, Thanks for the fun.
