Chef Carlos will reveal four fun recipes for those who want to learn how to cook small plates that rival restaurant catering. Using high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques, Chef Carlos will begin by teaching you how to prepare a classic chicken Caesar wrap with bacon and shaved Parmesan, and crispy spring rolls filled with chicken, shrimp and vegetables. Then, you'll layer and cook chicken cordon bleu bites and bake up a decadent cherry chocolate molten cake for dessert.

Chef Carlos is an entertaining and informative chef. He is very descriptive when showing you stop by step of his processes. He is so knowledgeable about food and you will definitely learn a lot working with him. You will certainly have a good time during his classes!
Chef Carlos is committed to teaching others how to create healthy meals for their friends and families. Educated as a pastry chef, Chef Carlos started a culinary temp service, opened his own restaurant and ran a food program for daycare centers in St. Louis. He currently works as an executive pastry chef handcrafting artisan breads, homemade graham crackers, Danish pastries, bagels, candy and more for guests and retail stores.
