Cooking Class: Splendid Sushi Creations

In this fun, insightful cooking class, you’ll discover how to make delectable sushi and learn about the culture from which sushi emerged. Sushi has become increasingly popular worldwide, and has remained the perfect dish for afternoon get-togethers and evenings with friends. First, Chef Mike will teach you how to craft nigiri and a tantalizing spicy salmon roll. After preparing a refreshing vegetable roll, you’ll then create your own unique, specialty rolls from scratch. For dessert, you’ll indulge in a traditional Japanese sweet treat.
