Cooking Class: French Macarons Crash Course

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll master the elusive art of French macarons. Chef Christina will walk you through the creation of three popular flavors, using high-quality ingredients and professional techniques. You’ll first prepare classic vanilla bean-flecked macarons with a silky French buttercream filling. Next, you’ll make tart and sweet lemon treats filled with lemon curd. Finally, Chef Christina will teach you how to combine dark chocolate and espresso to create decadent macarons filled with ganache.
